The ultimate goal of ICCSIR is to nourish fisherman and coastal farmer community by creating extra income. To meet this purpose ICCSIR is planning to train and skill development program to fisherman and Coastal farmer community. Under this program, interested fisherman and Coastal farmer will be guided and trained to make then self independent for seaweed cultivation activity.
